Named for Herman Gompers, our Opa, Holocaust survivor, legendary Los Angeles baker, and the man whose philosophy built this brand. Every corner of The Speakeasy carries his spirit. Don’t be ordinary. We take that seriously.

Tasting Flights Not sure where to start? Our tasting flights walk you through the Gompers lineup — from our signature American Style Gin to our bold Navy Strength, our eleven times distilled Vodka and our seasonal, limited release and new Spirits. Our team will guide you through every pour.
Craft Mini-Cocktails Our mini-cocktail menu pays homage to the Prohibition era, the age when a great drink was worth the risk. Sip your way through the evening with our mini cocktails, perfect for tasting more than one without the commitment.
Dutch-Style Tostis & Small Bites Our Dutch style Tostis are a nod to Herman’s roots. Simple, satisfying, and the perfect companion to a well crafted pour. Small bites round out the menu for a full evening without ever needing to leave.

Private Events Want the whole room to yourself? The Speakeasy is available for private events, parties, and tastings Monday through Saturday by appointment. Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, corporate gatherings. If it’s worth celebrating, we’ll help you do it right.
