What We Offer

Tasting Events Guided tastings led by the people who make the spirits. Learn to identify flavor profiles, understand the difference between our expressions, and discover what makes our Dutch iStill and Pacific Northwest botanicals so distinctive. Pairs well with curiosity.

Cocktail Classes Learn to make the drinks you’ve been ordering. Our cocktail classes are hands on, relaxed, and genuinely fun.  We cover technique, balance, and the art of building a great Prohibition-era cocktail from scratch. No experience required. 

Private & Special Events Celebrating something? We host private classes and events for groups of all sizes, corporate team building, bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and more. Tailored to your group, your occasion, and your taste.
